The terms that govern your use of Stay Unbound services.

Stay Unbound LLC ("Stay Unbound", "we", "us", or "our") is a done-for-you bid proposal system for residential contractors. We build takeoffs, professional proposals, and written contracts — delivered within 24 hours of receiving project information. Our registered address is 30 N Gould St STE N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
Stay Unbound provides the following on a per-bid or monthly plan basis:
Monthly plan clients receive up to 4 complete bid submissions per month. Additional bids beyond this limit are available at the applicable overage rate stated at the time of purchase.
Stay Unbound offers a free preview of its services. When a prospective client submits a project, we build the complete takeoff, proposal, and written contract and deliver a watermarked preview at no charge. There is no obligation to purchase.
The preview is provided so the prospective client can evaluate the quality of the work before making any payment. Watermarks are removed from the final deliverable files upon payment. Stay Unbound reserves the right to decline any project submission at its discretion.
To receive a preview, the prospective client must submit sufficient project information — plans, project notes, photos, or equivalent — to allow us to complete the work. Submissions lacking sufficient detail may result in a delayed or incomplete preview.
Single bid — $197 USD: A one-time payment to unlock the final, watermark-free files for a single project. Payment is due before final files are released. No ongoing commitment.
Monthly plan — $597 USD per month: Billed monthly in advance. Includes up to 4 complete bid submissions per month. The first payment is due at the time of sign-up. Subsequent payments process automatically on the same date each month.
All payments are processed in USD. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Single bid: No cancellation applies. Payment unlocks the final files for a single project. No refund is available once final files have been delivered.
Monthly plan: You may cancel at any time by providing written notice to support@stayunbound.com. Cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed.

Stay Unbound is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late submission of project information by the client.
Accuracy guarantee: If a takeoff delivered by Stay Unbound contains a measurement or quantity error, Stay Unbound will correct it the same business day upon written notification at no additional charge.
Satisfaction guarantee: If a client does not believe the delivered bid documents are worth the amount charged, Stay Unbound will issue a full refund upon written request within 7 days of delivery, provided the final files have not been sent to a homeowner or used in a live bid.
Stay Unbound does not guarantee that any proposal, takeoff, or contract will result in a won bid, signed contract, or specific business outcome. Actual results depend on factors outside our control including client pricing, market conditions, and homeowner decisions.
All deliverables produced by Stay Unbound — including takeoffs, proposals, and written contracts — become the property of the client upon delivery and full payment. Stay Unbound retains the right to use anonymised examples of its work for marketing and demonstration purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Stay Unbound retains all rights to its templates, systems, processes, and proprietary methodologies including the 7-part proposal structure. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell Stay Unbound's methods, systems, or templates.
Stay Unbound treats all project information, pricing, client details, and business information submitted by clients as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required to deliver our services (such as cloud storage or communication tools) or as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stay Unbound's total liability to any client for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim. Stay Unbound is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
